Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 22 years of age
Must have at least 12 months of verifiable Class A commercial driving experience within the past 3 years
Must be medically qualified with appropriate DOT physical certification
Must have a valid CDL in the state of residence
Must have never have failed a Drug Test
Must provide a police report for any violation within the previous 3 years and 5 years if it resulted in an accident
Must not have had more then one DOT preventable accident or Serious Traffic Offense in the last year
No handheld mobile device / texting violations within the past 6 months
